We exist to positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality.

We work across the UK and beyond to provide inclusive and impactful cricket programmes, empowering young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities and confidence required to overcome the challenges of inequality, raise their aspirations and reach their potential.

Many of the young people we support have been badly affected by Covid. The restrictions and feelings of isolation have taken a toll on their mental and physical health, and wellbeing. Our activity has been stop-start and table cricket has been particularly hard hit as schools remained closed for long periods. Kit donations were also significantly affected but as the world’s shipping and logistics return to normality, so too has our Sports Kit Recycling programme.

This year’s Impact Report reflects our reduced and adapted activity in a year (1 October 2020-31 September 2021) where we hoped to increase activity and benefit more participants.

We are determined to continue re-engaging with young people, rebuilding projects and communities, and are committed to tackling a widening inequality gap made worse by the pandemic.
